I am currently working on a series of lino prints that combine my love of women's history, archive hunting and telling stories- 'Scottish Women from History'. The series is quickly expanding, and my list of women grows every day and is well over 100 as it stands. I was lucky to be commissioned recently to create four prints specifically Stirling’s Tolbooth Arts Centre called ‘A Tale of Tolbooth’ and three for Spirit of the Highlands 'Spirit 360'.
I look forward to working on more of these women; researching their lives, and stories is fascinating. I love to try to tell a little of them in a linocut print and can't wait to celebrate more and more wonderful Scottish Women.
